If you want to use pedestrian loads, select the “Include Pedestrian Load” check box on the Loads screen and input the appropriate magnitude in the text box. The load is analyzed in the same manner as a lane load, loading only those parts of the bridge that would cause a maximum moment or shear at each section.

Note that the pedestrian load entered by the user should be the total load. Precast/Prestressed Girder will distribute this total load to each beam by the tributary width factor.
